It is located on the 10th floor, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a panoramic terrace with an incredible sea view, and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable rest and relaxation.

The rooms are spacious and ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The master suite, in particular, has a large window that offers direct views of the sea.

The kitchen is a dream for any gastronomy lover, with ample work surfaces, you can prepare a dinner while listening to the soft murmur of the waves.

It is well-connected by public transportation, with several bus lines nearby, and can be reached by car from Arturo Merino Benítez Airport (SCL) in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It also has private parking. The Viña del Mar Bus Terminal is about 15 km away (20-minute drive). It is an ideal place to enjoy the beach and the tranquility of the area.
